Originally from Michigan, Captain Shaun Michael moved to the west coast of Florida in 2014. Captain Shaun Michael has both fresh and saltwater experience navigating various types of vessels. Captain Shaun Michael's 30 years of boating experience makes him qualified to operate all vessels in the Coastal Latitude Fleet. Captain Shaun Michael has owned over 8 boats himself. Most of his vessel's have speed capabilities of over 100 mph. His experience in mechanical, electrical and boat design just add to his value and comfort that our passengers will have a safe and enjoyable day on the water.

With a deep love for the open water and extensive experience navigating various types of vessels over the west coast of Florida. Captain Ray is not only qualified to operate all vessels in the Coastal Latitude fleet but dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers.

Captain Rob grew up in Hawaii and has always been on the water. He has had his captain's license for over 20 years and worked on a wide range of vessels in the Bahamas, Caribbean and Florida. From dive and parasailing boats to mega yachts and a 135 passenger day boat for snorkeling, dolphin cruises and parties. Captain Rob moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2009 and has excellent knowledge of the surrounding waters, including fishing, hot spots, snorkeling, sandbars and islands.
